I fully and totally understand the drive to write being a guttering lame on a candle. Some days I have 101 article ideas to put on the site. Other days I can’t get up the gumption to check e-mail.

To ‘get around’ this, I have committed to myself of ‘One page a day’. I’m taking this idea from a 2A blog I read. The writer is a professional novelist, so his idea of a page a day is good to me. A page is about 250 words. Bad thing is, by the time I’ve gotten 250 words, I find there I need to say more, usually MUCH more. Usually it is a how-to type of thing, but, occasionally, it is an opinion on someone else’s regurgitation.

Guess I don’t think of what I do advanced stuff. I’ll see if I can write some “in-betweener” articles, or at least link to the ones I’ve already written.

i have recently stumbled onto the website searching for something, i forget what it was now…
i enjoy the articles, i dont come here for the pictures…;)

I think you should do a few articles for the “in-betweener” in linux.

i often times see the beginer stuff: type in “sudo” or “su” to get root access…
then it goes into the advanced stuff: now you can (insert uber-linux command) to take over the world or hack a gibson and be a networking IT person.

sometimes the learning curve isnt like jumping off of a building or cliff!!
